What you'll do
Meet your chef in a welcoming kitchen and, if you choose, start with a quick stroll to a local market to select seasonal ingredients. Back in the kitchen you'll roll saffron rice balls for arancine, mix chickpea flour for panelle and shape crocchè potato fritters. As you cook, your chef shares stories about the dishes' origins and culinary techniques. Finally, sit down to savour your creations accompanied by a selection of Sicilian wines or non-alcoholic beverages.
