Discover the pleasure of preparing and enjoying authentic Palermo arancine in Francesca's kitchen in Bagheria, near Palermo. The experience begins with a welcome aperitif in a friendly atmosphere, ideal for getting to know each other and relaxing.
During the lesson, you will prepare saffron rice, the classic Sicilian ragù, and other seasonal condiments, using only genuine, local ingredients. Together you will shape the typical arancine, learning all the tricks to get the perfect shape and texture.
The last step is frying: you can fry your arancini and enjoy them while they're still hot, accompanied by a glass of local wine. All gear, ingredients, and an apron will be provided.
