The Menu: A 5-Course Feast
We start by preparing three classic tapas that represent the heart of Spanish cuisine:
Bread with Tomato: The quintessential Catalan staple.
Spanish Tortilla: Learn the secret to the perfect “flip.”
Chorizo al Vino Tinto: Sautéed to perfection in a rich red wine reduction.
Then, we move on to the star of the show: the Seafood Paella. You'll learn how to make the perfect “sofrito” and achieve that golden rice texture that locals love.
