In this experience, perfect for both adults and children, you will be welcomed by me and my family at our country home in Ostuni, Puglia, and with our guidance, you will learn not only how to cook appetizers and handmade pasta, but also the tricks that make the difference in our culinary tradition!
After the cooking class, during the food tasting, I will perform a short classical guitar concert lasting approximately 45-50 minutes with a repertoire ranging from Brazilian music to European composers.
If possible, depending on the season, we will harvest and use the vegetables and fruit from our garden.
At the end of the experience, you will receive the recipes of the dishes so that you can recreate them at home whenever you want!
