In this experience, perfect for both adults and children, you will be welcomed by me and my family to our country home in Ostuni, Puglia, and through our guidance, you will learn not only how to cook appetizers and handmade pasta but also the tricks that make the difference in our culinary tradition!
After the cooking class, there will be a solo classical guitar concert lasting about 45 minutes during the food tasting.
If possible, depending on the season, we will harvest and use the vegetables and fruit from our garden.
At the end of the experience, you will receive the recipes of the dishes so that you can recreate them at home whenever you want!
