In this experience, which is perfect for both adults and children, you will be welcomed by me and my family at our country house in Ostuni, Puglia. Once the music is on, you will learn to cook not only handmade pasta, typical appetizers and desserts, but also the tricks that make all the difference in our culinary tradition!

If possible, depending on the season, we will pick and use vegetables and fruit from our garden.

Naturally, after cooking, we'll enjoy the fruits of our labor together.

At the end of the experience, you will receive the recipes for the dishes so that you can recreate them at home whenever you want!

• We will cook Starter:
  Fried sage
  Baked seasonal vegetables with breadcrumbs
  Fried orecchiette

First course:
Fresh handmade pasta with sauces that vary with the seasons

Dessert:
Tiramisu

Drinks included (one bottle of white, rosé or red wine for every two people, and still and sparkling water)
