During this experience, which is perfect for both adults and children, my family and I will welcome you to our country home in Ostuni, Puglia. Under our guidance, you will learn not only how to make handmade pasta, traditional appetizers, and desserts, but also the tricks that set our culinary tradition apart!

If possible, depending on the season, we will harvest and use vegetables and fruit from our garden.

Of course, after cooking, we will enjoy the fruits of our labor together.

At the end of the experience, you will receive the recipes of the dishes so that you can recreate them at home whenever you like!

  Fried orecchiette

First course:
Handmade orecchiette with seasonal toppings

Dessert:
Tiramisu
