In this experience, perfect for both adults and children, you will be welcomed by me and my family at our country home in Ostuni, Puglia, and with our guidance, you will learn to cook not only handmade pasta, appetizers, and typical desserts, but also the tricks that make the difference in our culinary tradition!
If possible, depending on the season, we will harvest and use the vegetables and fruit from our garden.
Of course, after cooking, we will enjoy the results of our work together.
At the end of the experience, you will receive the recipes of the dishes so that you can recreate them at home whenever you want!

Fried sage
Baked seasonal vegetables with breadcrumbs
Fried orecchiette
First course:
Handmade orecchiette with toppings that vary with the seasons
Dessert:
Tiramisu
Drinks included (one bottle of white, rosé or red wine for every two people and still and sparkling water)
