Know before you book

  • First departure from Stop 1 at 10am. Last departure from Stop 1 at 4pm. Tour duration: 90 minutes. Frequency: every 30 minutes. Timings are dependent on cruise arrival
  • Start your tour at any of the stops. Cruise ship guests: For Filipstad and Oslo Cruise Terminal, our iconic red buses await our guests on the pier right at docking. For Revierkaia/ Langkaia passengers meet our staff on the pier and the buses stop around the corner next to SALT Sauna & Culture Scene
  • Mobile and paper vouchers are accepted on this tour and are valid for 12 months from the travel date selected at check-out. Vouchers can be redeemed at any of the stops along the route
  • Audio tour commentary languages: English, Spanish, French, German, Italian, Dutch, Chinese and Japanese
  • Accessibility: We offer storage for collapsible wheelchairs. Subject to space and availability. A ramp or single step may be needed to board the bus, and several steps are required to access the upper deck. We also accommodate strollers, with designated storage space
  • You will need to exchange your voucher for your hop-on hop-off ticket with the City Sightseeing staff or bus driver before or upon boarding the bus. Keep the ticket with you at all times. Please make sure you only board our official branded City Sightseeing buses
  • Choose between two audio guide options: In-Seat Modules and Bring Your Own Device (BYOD). Borrowable headsets with adapters are available on board. Don't forget to bring your headset for your own device if you want to use the BYOD audio guide option
  • You can also find us in Bergen, Stavanger, Alesund, Haugesund and Geiranger!
  • Dates with potential disruptions: 24th - 25th April, 1st May, 17th May, 19th - 27th June, 12th September. Throughout 2026: Possible major roadworks or infrastructure works in Oslo city centre and ring roads
