Begin with a warm welcome on the beach and an introduction to the traditional technique of preparing salmon for open-fire cooking. Then, prepare your own piece of salmon with guidance from your chef and outdoor expert. Grill your salmon on a wooden stake above a real campfire, and finally, enjoy your delicious fire-grilled meal right by the water.
