In this 30-45 minute workshop, we don’t just “make tea.” We use the traditional process of whisking matcha as a form of mindfulness meditation. Guided by our unique Avatar Host, you will be encouraged to focus entirely on your senses—the aroma of the fresh green tea, the texture of the handcrafted ceramic bowl, and the rhythmic sound of the bamboo whisk.
