Your visit begins with a warm welcome from a guide, leading you through the vineyards and winery. Walk among Sauvignon, Pignoletto, Cabernet, Chardonnay, and Merlot vines, learning how the region’s terroir—known as the “Paese dei Perditempo”—influences each variety.

Explore the winery’s blend of tradition and modernity, discovering how grapes are carefully selected, fermented, and aged to produce quality wines. The highlight is a tasting of four signature wines: Chardonnay DOC, Pignoletto DOC, Pignoletto Superiore DOCG, and Merlot DOC, paired with regional delicacies like mortadella, salame ubriacato al Pignoletto, tigelle, and Parmigiano Reggiano.
