A Guided, Modern Approach: I will guide you step-by-step through the traditional preparation, adapted for a modern, comfortable setting. You'll learn to master the bamboo whisk (Chasen) and other beautiful tools.

To accompany the tea, we have three varieties of delicious, traditional seasonal Japanese sweets. Whether you prefer the deep richness of koicha or the light froth of usucha, the choice is yours!
