With the Olive Oil & Wine Experience in the Euganean Hills we will take you to the heart of the hills where you will be immersed in a breathtaking panorama of olive groves and vineyards.

We will visit an oil mill, where the young owners will show you the art of oil production and involve us in a delicious tasting of extra virgin olive oil (EVO).

The second stage of the Olive Oil & Wine Experience in the Euganean Hills will take you to one of the best wine cellars in the Euganean Hills area. Here we’ll not only visit the winery with the barrel room and the vineyards, but also enjoy a fabulous wine tasting guided by the wineries worker or even the winemaker. In a word, you’ll travel with mind and taste from the white to red wines, all paired with local products as cheeses and/or cured meats.

As well as the particular volcanic origin of the soil and the favourable climate of the Euganean Hills allow the cultivation of a variety of vines, not only autoctone but also international grapes find here their growth. Serprino, a local biotype of the Glera vine, is the “volcanic” version of Prosecco, then Pinot blanc, Garganega and Chardonnay are among the most common whites, not forgetting the presence of white Manzoni Bianco. Likewise the reds include the Bordeaux varieties Cabernet Franc, Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot and Carmènere.

During the Olive Oil & Wine Experience in the Euganean Hills, thank to a walk through the vineyards, a visit to the barrel cellar and several wine tastings, you will follow the knowledgeable story of the winemaker who will guide you through the tasting process to capture all the expressions of his best wines.
