During the experience we will illustrate the techniques and the stages of production of extra virgin olive oil, discovering how every little hand-harvested olive transforms into the liquid gold best known in the Mediterranean. Find out the secrets of our cultivations that help us preserve the beauty of our landscapes and our biodiversity.
You will participate in a tasting session of four extra virgin olive oil varieties, accompanied by small tastings of Sicilian food and wine culture and local agriculture.
