What you can expect

  • Begin your journey in Olhão, a town with a rich history dating back to prehistoric times. Board your boat and set off through the Ria Formosa channels, passing by the barrier islands.

    Stop at Culatra Island for 1.5 hours to explore and have lunch (not included). Continue past Hangares Island, known for its naval aviation history, and stop at Farol Island for 40 minutes.

    Pass by Deserta Island and the Marim tidemill in the Ria Formosa Natural Park before returning to Olhão.

    Alternatively, choose the speedboat option and pass by Deserta Island before stopping at Farol Island for 1.5 hours. Continue past Hangares Island and Culatra Island before stopping at Barra da Armona for 40 minutes. Pass by Armona Island before returning to Olhão.
