Explore the Ria Formosa’s labyrinth of canals, islands, and sandbanks, stretching along 60 km of the Algarve coast. This wetland is a crucial natural environment for both wildlife and the local “Olhanenses” who enjoy its stunning barrier islands and pristine beaches.
