Spanning the Neckar River and connecting the skyline of historic buildings with the vast greenery landscapes, the bridge offers numerous terrific viewpoints. The stonework and its beautiful sculptures are also part of the eventful history: it was blown up by the German Nazis just a few days before the end of the Second World War.
