   We begin in the historic heart of Old Delhi as dusk settles, when the lanes shift from daytime calm to evening energy - glowing lights, drifting aromas, calls of vendors, and a rhythm only Old Delhi has.

2. Chandni Chowk – Comfort & Familiar Beginnings
   We ease into the evening with beloved Old Delhi comfort classics — gentle, balanced flavours locals often enjoy at the start of their evenings.

3. Vegetarian Skewers with a Twist
   A cult born from Delhi’s street-food creativity - rich, smoky, and shockingly meat-like, yet “entirely vegetarian”. A surprise that often fools even devoted carnivores.

4. Ballimaran - The Poet’s Street
   We wander through narrow streets once home to poets and craftsmen, pausing for juicy Delhi style fried chicken and a curry prepared the Old Delhi way.
   Portions are generous and the pacing unhurried - this is meant to feel like a proper Old Delhi dinner, not a rushed tasting trail.

5. Jama Masjid & Matia Mahal
   Under the illuminated presence of Delhi’s grandest mosque, we dive into the flavours that define Old Delhi nights — rich, indulgent local favourites, followed by a classic Mughal-era dessert.

6. Authentic Chai – The Perfect Ending
   We wind down with chai at a tucked-away local spot - warm, unhurried, and deeply Delhi.
