A day to discover authentic Sardinia in the Blue Zone, where longevity is at home!

You'll walk inside a suggestive natural canyon of about 400 meters in the middle of nature, you'll visit particular Domus de Janas carved into the rock dating back 6000 years and you'll enjoy a breathtaking view on a spectacular rock.

You'll take part in a cheese workshop using an ancient technique that gives a unique flavor and you'll taste a typical Sardinian lunch with local products in the midst of nature. An incredible setting for a lunch with authentic flavors of the highest quality!

You'll get to taste cured meats and cheeses, handmade culurgionis, moddizzosu bread, lamb, and typical Sardinian desserts. There will be no shortage of Cannonau, the wine of centenarians, myrtle, and coffee made with a moka pot.

A local guide will accompany you during the day to experience an unforgettable day!
