Experience the majestic beauty of our towering 35-foot waterfall, tranquil streams, or splash in the shallow picturesque pool as you explore the lush tropical vegetation of Hawaii’s paradise. After the hike, imagine the fun you'll have on our easy 5-mile tropical ride that coasts downhill on a paved road nestled in the lush PuuOhia rainforest. Includes: Professional nature guides, access to private property hiking, rain gear, hip pack, mosquito repellent, KHS cruiser bikes, Bell helmets, and complimentary round-trip transportation from Kahala, Waikiki & Aloha Tower. Please bring your own water and snacks, however, we provide boxed waters and granola bars complimentary.

Take off on a easy to moderate 2-mile (3.2-km) round-trip guided hike to a majestic waterfall, followed by an easy 5 mile (8 km) downhill bike ride through Oahu’s lush tropical rainforest.

With refreshing trade winds and average year-round temperatures of 80 degrees Fahrenheit (176 C), Oahu's dense tropical forests are a hiker's paradise. Journey into Hawaii’s past, venturing into the mist of the Koolau Mountains.

Next, hop on a cruiser bike and get geared up to coast 5-miles downhill on paved roads through the Pu’u Ohia rainforest with the calling of birds around you. Along the way, your guide points out the native flora and fauna that surround you. Gaze out over the valley to the Pacific, enjoying the views of this island paradise before your final ride and return to your hotel.
