Immerse yourself in an authentic experience in the heart of a verdant valley, where nature, biodiversity and traditions come together in a Food Forest, an ecosystem designed to mimic the workings of a natural forest and produce food sustainably.
During the walk, we will explore this environment teeming with life together, discovering how fruit trees, shrubs, aromatic plants, wild herbs and medicinal species coexist in balance, creating a resilient system that requires little external intervention and promotes soil regeneration, water conservation and the protection of biodiversity.
Along the way, you will learn to recognize some medicinal and aromatic plants traditionally used for natural well-being, such as lemon balm, passionflower, mint, arugula, sage and olive leaves. You will learn about their properties and their uses in the preparation of infusions and herbal teas.
Together, we will gather some of the herbs available and prepare an herbal tea to enjoy immersed in the tranquility of the forest, surrounded by the scents and sounds of nature.
Depending on the season, you will also have the opportunity to taste the fruit grown in the Food Forest, picked directly from the plants. You will be able to taste various varieties found in the agroforestry system, including avocados, lemons, bananas and other seasonal fruits, discovering how these crops can thrive in a biodiverse and regenerative environment.
This experience is ideal for those who love nature, mindful eating, and sustainable projects. This is not just a food tasting, but an opportunity to gain first-hand insight into an innovative agricultural model that works in harmony with the environment, contributing to the health of ecosystems and local communities.
A relaxing and engaging activity that will allow you to learn about the world of the edible forest through observation, storytelling, sensory exploration and food tasting of natural products directly in the place where they grow.
