A Variety of Species to Catch!
Depending on how much time you’ve got on the water, you will travel to the fishing grounds anywhere from 30-90 minutes. Once you’re there, you get a chance to reel in a plethora of species - Coral Trout, Narrow-Barred Mackerel, Pink Trout, and Mahi Mahi are the local favourites, but other superstars like Nannygai, Cobia, and Pearl Perch are just as popular. You’ll also target other reef fish such as Moses Perch and Snapper, with reef fishing being a key part of the experience.
Our Vessels
Noosa Bluewater Charters comprises 3 identical vessels; Trekka 2, Cougar One, and Wild Thing 2. These vessels are designed perfectly for group bookings of up to 12 people. At 11.6m long and a width of 3.8m, they are stable, comfortable and an ideal vessel from which to enjoy your fishing. Each powered by twin 250hp Yamaha motors, and fitted with the latest Garmin Chartplotters & Fishfinders, not only can Noosa Bluewater Charters get you out to the action, they’re also well equipped to get you onto the fish! All boats also have a toilet onboard.

Our friendly deckies will bait your hooks, provide guidance, and even clean your legal catch so it’s ready to take home and cook.
We offer a variety of trips, including Half Day (5 hours), 3/4 Day (7 hours), and Full Day (9 hours) offshore fishing charters from Noosa. Each trip is tailored to the best conditions and seasonal catches.
