Organized at a local home, our half day cooking class was created to bring you a closer look and taste to Vietnamese cuisines, made by you.

Timetable: 10AM - 2PM or 3PM - 7PM

Duration: 4 - 5 hours, including pick up and drop off

Itinerary:

• Pick up from your hotel.
• Arrive at the farm to start. Instructor will show you how to catch crabs and with pond traps.
• Break time for Vietnamese tea and sweet potatoes, just like real Viet farmers.
• Learn to plough and plant vegetables.
• Collect and prepare veggies and herbs.
• Wash your hands and try cooking Viet dishes from the crabs you caught. Have a delicious meal made by you.
• End the class with fresh local herbal tea.
• Return to your hotel.
