With the SSI Open Water Diver course, you’ll gain real diving skills while soaking in the tropical beauty of Nha Trang’s ocean paradise.
Day 1 – 9:00 AM or 2:00 PM
Your journey begins with a hotel pickup and a warm welcome at the dive center. After completing the necessary paperwork, you’ll dive into scuba theory and safety basics. Then it’s time to gear up and enter the pool—calm and controlled—where your instructor will guide you through the essential techniques to prepare for open water.
Day 2 – 7:15 AM to around 1:30–2:00 PM
The ocean becomes your classroom. Depart early for two open water training dives in the sea. Dive into clear waters, explore vibrant coral reefs, and gain confidence with every breath underwater. Between dives, enjoy fresh fruit, tea, coffee, and a light lunch onboard as the boat cruises through the bay.
Day 3 – 7:20 AM to around 1:30–2:00 PM
Time to show what you’ve learned. Head out for your final two training dives, where you’ll demonstrate mastery of core skills like buoyancy control and navigation. After returning to shore, take a short written exam in the afternoon. Once completed, you’ll receive your SSI Open Water Diver certification—your passport to explore the underwater world up to 18 meters deep.
