This is an immersive, hands-on experience where you take on the role of head distiller and craft your own bespoke bottle of either gin or rum. Whether you're curious about botanicals or drawn to barrel-ageing, this session puts you in control. Run your own miniature still, explore flavour development through guided 'cuts', and leave with a deeper understanding of distillation. Plus, take home your creation in a 500ml ceramic bottle you name and label!
