Wonderland: Curious Nature (May 18–October 27, 2024)

Embark on an extraordinary adventure as “Wonderland: Curious Nature” transforms our gardens into a fantastical world inspired by Alice’s Adventures in Wonderland. Immerse yourself in mind-bending horticultural displays, whimsical art installations, and vibrant flowers that create a dreamscape like no other. Wander through enchanting settings, partake in fantastical tea parties, and keep an eye out for the Cheshire Cat's elusive grin. This magical journey awaits, offering an unforgettable blend of nature and imagination.

During the fall, step into a world of stunning color (and a plethora of pumpkins!) as NYBG celebrates the season of frights and foliage. Then come back in winter for the Holiday Train Show, the Garden’s beloved tradition that invites you to explore over 190 landmark buildings made from natural materials. In spring, the Orchid Show brings thousands of these iconic flowers to the Haupt Conservatory in a celebration of color and design—and in summer, you’ll find can’t-miss art exhibitions unlike anything else. There’s always something new to see and explore at NYBG!

With your All Garden Pass, you have the freedom to explore at your own pace, allowing you to linger in your favorite spots and savor the tranquility of the gardens. The New York Botanical Garden is just 20 minutes from Grand Central Terminal by train. Take the Metro North Harlem Line from Grand Central to the Botanical Garden stop; tickets can be purchased using the MTA eTix app or at Grand Central.
