Until 2009, 7 kilometers of Kallmi Hill were restricted as an Army area. Now, it’s open to the public, unveiling a hidden gem. Trekking through the area of Kallmi offers a unique experience for those who wish to immerse themselves in the Mediterranean coastal nature and find respite from the urban routine. This trekking tour provides a rare opportunity to learn about the history of navigation and colonization of the Adriatic from antiquity to the present day. Participants will receive a bibliographic list of information compiled by academics and research institutes. In addition, you will discover the diverse fauna and flora of both the hill and the coast. Together, we will visit a small bay along the route to Kallmi, where we can enjoy the wonders of nature, particularly the coastal flora in this part of Kallmi Hill. This tour is ideal for families with children aged 16 and above, as well as for larger groups.
