Head to Cochituate State Park for a day of peaceful water exploration on the beautiful Lake Cochituate. Rent a pedal boat and enjoy a relaxing experience on the water.

Choose from a 1-hour, 2-hour, 3-hour, or 4-hour rental. Pedal boats can hold up to 4 people and 1 small child (under 90 lbs).

Check in at the white tent or picnic tables on the dock. If you have an online reservation or season pass, provide the staff with your phone number. Walk-up rentals are welcome if space is available, but online reservations are encouraged.

Bring water, sunblock, a hat, sunglasses, and clothes that you don’t mind getting wet. Dry bags are available for rent, and many items are for sale onsite, including hats, sunglasses, and cold beverages.
