Immerse yourself in authentic Italian flavors and traditions. In the first part of the class, don your apron and assist the chef in kneading pasta dough, actively participating in pasta cutting and tiramisù preparation.

You will work with fresh and authentic ingredients to master the art of making pasta, a symbol of Italian cuisine, with simplicity and a touch of creativity.

During the class you will prepare Tagliatelle, Ravioli filled with fresh ricotta cheese and Maltagliati, and the Chef will cook all the pasta in the kitchen adding Nerano Sauce, Sorrentina Sauce and a Potato and Provola sauce.
At the end of the class, you will sit and enjoy a bruschetta, the pasta you made and the tiramisù, drinking a good glass of wine or one soft drink of your choice.
The experience ends with an Espresso coffee.
