Imagine leaving Muscat behind as you meet our friendly crew at the meeting point, ready to begin your sea adventure. Step aboard and enjoy a 45-minute boat ride across the deep blue waters of the Arabian Sea, passing the scenic coastline of Muscat as you head toward the breathtaking Daymaniyat Islands, one of Oman’s most stunning marine reserves.
As you approach, the water shifts to shades of turquoise and crystal clear blue, and your captain will anchor the boat to begin a short briefing — covering safety guidelines, marine conservation tips, and what to expect throughout the trip.
Your adventure begins with snorkeling at two spectacular spots, where coral gardens bloom with color and marine life thrives. Swim among schools of tropical fish and glide beside friendly sea turtles. If you’re lucky, you might even spot deep-water creatures like manta rays, blacktip reef sharks, moray eels, or even a whale shark.
Between snorkeling sessions, enjoy delicious sandwiches, fresh fruit, and cold refreshments on board. You’ll also have the chance to explore the island’s white sandy beaches and magnificent rocky formations — perfect for relaxing or capturing those social media–worthy photos. (Please note: island access is open from November to April and closed from May to October due to turtle nesting season.)
You can also glide on our crystal-clear kayaks, allowing you to watch turtles and fish move gracefully beneath you through the transparent bottom. It’s a peaceful, magical way to connect with the underwater world from above.
Throughout your journey, our crew will be capturing your underwater moments with GoPro photos and videos — the perfect souvenirs to relive your adventure later.
After a final snorkeling or kayaking session, embark on the 45-minute return journey to Muscat, watching the golden light dance on the sea. On your return, you might be greeted by playful dolphins dancing beside the boat, racing through the waves and surprising you with their joyful performance.
By the end of the day, you’ll carry with you not just photos, but memories of turquoise waters, coral gardens, and the serenity of Oman’s marine paradise — the Daymaniyat Islands.
