There you will receive your tickets and vouchers. You are welcome to order a pizza or drinks at the restaurant before the tour starts. Your guide will then accompany you on a 10–15-minute walk to your reserved Oktoberfest table. Along the way, we make two short photo stops (skipped in case of heavy crowds): the first at the main entrance of the Oktoberfest, and the second in front of your booked beer tent.

Celebrate Oktoberfest in one of the iconic beer tents, such as the Paulaner or Hofbräu tent, with a reserved table for up to 10 people from 4:00 PM/5:00 PM until 11 PM.
Enjoy prime seats in the heart of the action, where the atmosphere is at its liveliest, ensuring an unforgettable evening. Your reservation includes vouchers for 2 liters of Oktoberfest beer (or non-alcoholic drinks) and half a roast chicken (with a vegetarian option available). On October 4 you get a 3 courses big Duck menu only !
Oktoberfest is the largest and most famous folk festival in the world. Some reviews show misunderstandings. Please note: This is an evening reservation. Evening slots are harder to obtain than lunchtime reservations and therefore more expensive. On Friday and Saturday , short waiting times at the entrance may occur due to the large crowds. Punctuality: Arriving more than 15 minutes late (Rules of the tent) may result in losing your table, thats why we meet much bevor.
Conduct Rules in the Beer Tents:
Moderate Alcohol Consumption: Excessive drinking is not tolerated. Misbehavior or aggression will result in removal from the tent, even with a reservation.
Smoking: Smoking is prohibited inside the tents and only allowed in designated areas.Leaving Your Table:
Short Absences: You can leave briefly as long as at least 6 to 7 people remain at the table. If fewer people stay, the server has the right to seat other guests in the vacant spots.Table Allocation:
According Oktoberfest rules, each table must seat 10 people. If fewer than 10 people are booked, the remaining spots will be filled with other guests.Tipping at Oktoberfest:
Service Fee: A service fee of around €1.50 per beer or chicken voucher is added, depending on the tent.
Tipping: It's customary to leave an additional tip of €0.50 per beer or chicken voucher, totaling €2. This encourages better service, as it acknowledges the hard work of the staff.
