You’ll start with me at the Olympic Village - a place where you can still feel the spirit of the 1972 Summer Olympics. Together, we’ll walk through the former athletes’ village and discover how history was made here back then and how it has evolved into one of Munich’s most vibrant and exemplary residential neighborhoods today.
From there, we’ll continue on to the Olympic Park. Along the way, we’ll gradually move from Olympic history to the present day and talk about Munich today: What’s it like to live here? What makes working, studying, and leisure time in Munich so special? What's the Munich soul like?
In the Olympic Park itself, you’ll feel the vastness and openness of this unique place. Amid green spaces, sports facilities, and views of the city, we’ll connect the history of 1972 with the modern Munich of today.
Near the Olympic Lake, we’ll take a relaxing break and enjoy a Bavarian snack together, such as Obazda, pretzels, and Spezi. A moment to settle in, chat, and savor - right in the middle of the park.
After about 2.5 hours, our time together ends with a genuine sense of what Munich is like - then, now, and experienced firsthand. As a Munich-based entrepreneur and someone who loves Munich from the bottom of my heart, I’ll take you on a personal tour of this city—not just with facts, but with real stories from everyday life.

• You'll meet me at the BMW Welt, next to the Olympic Village, and together we'll embark on a special journey back in time to the 1972 Summer Olympics

• You’ll enjoy a relaxing break near the Olympic Lake with a view of the greenery, the Olympic Stadium and the Olympic Tower
• You’ll sample a typical Bavarian snack of Obazda, pretzels, and Spezi in a relaxed atmosphere
• You’ll end the tour with a personal sense of how Munich lives - connecting the past and present (and maybe found a new German friend:))
