Begin your workshop by learning about the materials and tools you'll be using. Get step-by-step guidance from an expert as you create your own décor pieces using creative concrete.
Work with Raysin casting powder, a calcium-sulfate-based material that is odorless, food-safe, and particularly beginner-friendly. It’s easy to mix with water, sets quickly, and has a matte, chalk-like surface.
Choose from a wide selection of silicone molds and, with guidance, cast three individual concrete pieces. Tint the mixture and design it using different techniques, from a marbled look to a terrazzo effect.
Mix the material, fill the molds, and remove the pieces from the molds directly after they’ve dried. To help your creations last, put together a small concrete care kit to take home with you.
