  • We'll start the day with a coaching session learning cycling/mountain bike skills in turn helping you get to know your bike. After a lunch stop we'll have a fun afternoon cycling a classic mountain bike loop in the North Lakes. You'll have the opportunity to appreciate the natural local beauty of the area.

    Your guide/instructor is Rich. He is a passionate (bordering on obsessive) MTB rider and has lived in Keswick for the past twenty years. Aside from mountain biking he is a keen road cyclist and has ridden all over the UK and abroad. In a nutshell he enjoys nothing more than a day out in the saddle!
    As a leader/coach Rich has an abundance of patience and enthusiasm and will help every client reach their potential goal.
    Qualifications:
    British Cycling Level 2 Leader
    British Cycling Level 3 Leader
    British Cycling Level 1 Coach
    British Cycling Level 2 Coach (MTB)
    MR Casualty Care first aider
