We will begin with a peaceful guided walk through our small family farm. Here, our guide will share knowledge passed down through generations about coffee cultivation.

You will see the coffee bushes up close and learn about the varieties that grow in the region, such as the famous Arabica. You will discover the complex processing stages: pulping, fermentation, sun drying, and roasting, all essential for developing our coffee's flavor profile. You will taste fresh sugarcane juice, a refreshing and natural drink that will delight your palate.
