Under the expert guide of the owner, you will become the star in the kitchen. You will learn the secrets of the real olive all'ascolana: from the delicate spiral pitting to the filling with the expertly prepared meat mix, to the perfect breading. You will also discover the magic of cremini, the sweet and fried touch that completes the local fritto misto.
We will then move on to handmade egg pasta: depending on the season and the mood of the day, we could prepare tagliatelle, ravioli, or gnocchi together, following the skilled techniques of the local tradition. At the end of the class, we'll move to the table for the most eagerly awaited moment: the food tasting.
