The Monarch Butterfly is an extraordinary insect, they migrate from Canada and arrive in the western region of Mexico, a great part of them is lodged in the wonderful forests of Michoacán in the El Rosario Sanctuary located at 191 km from the city of Morelia, there we will go up the mountain to meet the Monarch butterflies, entrance fee (not included).
We will travel a distance of 1.5 km in a beautiful forest of oaks, pines and oyamel that give shelter and protection to the millions of monarch butterflies that spend the winter between their branches after having traveled more than 5,000 km from southern Canada and North of the United States.
