    You'll immediately dive into the most fun part of the experience: making chocolate.
    Starting with the cocoa mass made using the artisanal bean-to-bar method, you can customize every detail of your bar: decide on the percentage and origin of the cocoa, experiment with flavors, ingredients and original combinations until you create a chocolate that is truly your own.

    Smell, taste, choose.
    Decide on the cocoa percentage, explore aromas, textures and special ingredients, then shape your own personal creation.

    While the chocolate is taking shape, we will take you on a guided food tasting to help you discover the aromas, flavor notes and characteristics of cocoa from different origins.

    At the end of the experience, you will wrap your artisan bar and take it with you as an authentic memento of your day in Modica.
