Enjoy an authentic experience in the historic Acetaia Paltrinieri, which has been active since 1845. Join a guided tour of the ancient barrels and vineyards of Trebbiano and Lambrusco, discovering every stage in the production of Traditional Balsamic Vinegar of Modena PDO and PGI.

During the tour, you'll learn about the processing, maturation, and aging methods handed down through generations in the Paltrinieri family. The visit ends in the vinegar cellar, where you can taste the different vinegars, condiments, glazes, and other artisanal products with a spoon, and buy directly from the producer.
