Enjoy an authentic experience at the historic Acetaia Paltrinieri, which has been in operation since 1845. Take a guided tour among the historic barrels and the Trebbiano and Lambrusco vineyards, learning about every stage of the production of Traditional Balsamic Vinegar of Modena DOP and IGP.

During the tour, you will learn about the processing, maturation, and aging methods that have been passed down through generations in the Paltrinieri family. The visit concludes in the vinegar cellar’s shop, where you can sample the various vinegars, condiments, glazes and other artisanal products by the spoonful and purchase them directly from the producer.
