An e-bike tour suitable for everyone, taking you up and down the gently rolling hills of Castelvetro di Modena.
We will visit a cheese factory where Parmigiano Reggiano PDO is produced, and I will take you on a comprehensive tour to learn about all the stages involved in making Parmigiano Reggiano.
We will enter the cheese factory during the production process and observe the creation of the Parmesan wheels. Then, we will have the chance to taste it right where it is made.
Afterward, we will hop on our e-bikes and head to a beautiful vinegar factory where Traditional Balsamic Vinegar of Modena is produced, and after our visit, we will have the opportunity to taste different types of vinegar.
