Important Information for Tour Participants To ensure a safe and pleasant experience, please review the following carefully. Punctuality & Contact Please arrive on time. Late arrivals or no-shows without prior notice may be treated as cancellations and may incur a fee. If you will be late, contact us in advance. Final Confirmation We will provide meeting details (time/location) by the day before your tour. Please register a Japanese phone number or email address that can be reached locally. If you do not receive a message by 6:00 PM the day before, contact “MIYAKO ADVENTURE PiPi” using the contact method listed on your ticket. Participation Requirements & Health Eligible age: 7 to 59 years old The following individuals may not participate: Pregnant individuals (including early stages) Children under 7 years old Individuals with chronic health conditions Persons weighing 100 kg or more Anyone with concerns about stamina or fear of the sea should consult us in advance. Equipment & Safety For activities involving the sea, wearing a life jacket is mandatory. If you are unwilling to wear the equipment, participation will not be allowed. Please follow your guide’s instructions for your safety. Weather & Tides The tour runs in light rain. However, if field safety cannot be guaranteed, the tour may be canceled. If the tide level exceeds 90 cm, the tour time may be changed. Transportation & Meeting Point Depending on availability, you may be asked to come directly to the meeting point. If you require shuttle service, please contact us after your reservation is confirmed. Clothing & Preparation Please wear clothes that can get wet. There are no restrooms at the site, so please use one in advance. Participation is not allowed if you are under the influence of alcohol. About Cave Photos Photos of the cave shown are from past tours. Currently, photography is only allowed at the cave entrance. Language Support Tours are available in Japanese or English.
