We continue to Finca Monte Cristo, a grassroots, family-run organic coffee farm that opens its doors exclusively to our guests. Here, you’ll witness a transparent bean-to-cup process and taste authentic, direct-trade Colombian coffee. Afterward, enjoy a pro-local lunch at a traditional restaurant, paired with refreshing handmade lemonade.
