What you can expect

We begin our journey from a viewpoint overlooking the bay. We will discover the importance of the Sierra Nevada, recognizing this environment as a sanctuary of biodiversity and ancestral heritage.

We will continue to a local coffee farm and discover a model of coffee self-sufficiency. You'll learn about circular waste management and shade-grown coffee, ending with a tasting of organic coffee free of chemical traces, sourced through fair trade and local practices.

We will continue to “Cascada Escondida” waterfall, this natural pool offers a peaceful sanctuary for swimming in preserved water sources; and experience the purity of a virgin environment that promotes personal regeneration in harmony with local biodiversity.

Afterwards, we will enjoy lunch at a traditional restaurant with a panoramic view, supporting the local economy with regional ingredients, accompanied by a refreshing artisanal lemonade.

The day culminates with a handcrafted chocolate workshop. We'll discover the medicinal properties of cacao, enjoy an hydrating face mask, and transform the beans into chocolate by hand. An experience designed for conscious travelers seeking to connect with the living heritage of Minca
