Milas is a small town north of Bodrum. Though it is only 30 minutes drive from Bodrum, it has a very different life style, it is very authentic and the Milas Market on tuesdays is a great time to visit the area. At the market there is a section for small local farmers which is a must see, you will be able to meet the locals taste some food, take pictures and enjoy the colorful and vibrant atmoshphere with like minded foodie people from all around the world every tuesday. We will be picking you up from your hotel or our meeting point in Bodrum than drive to Milas visit the market buy the ingredients of the cooking class where we will be cooking a Turkish Home meal. At the class you will lear about local ingredients, cooking with different types of olive oil and make 5 mezes, boreks and a main course. At the end of the class we will be serving what we have cooked at tables in our garden overlooking the Aegean Sea, toast local wines and enjoy Turkish Coffee at the end of the day right before we take you to your hotel.
