In t his tour i want to show part of my culture, how we live day by day, how we eat in the traditional way cuz this is how our friendly people live in Oaxaca.
the experience consists in take a cultural tour about Oaxaca and how the exchages of spicys from diferent parts of the wold influence in our cousin and how the Oaxacan ingridients Influence to the other part of the world, we gonna try Mexican food but not for that reason is necessary prehispanic.
we´ll drink some tradicional beverages like tejate that is in base of cacao and corn, pulque is fermented agave juice with a flavor similar to kombucha and a little bit of mezcal and for eating we will try different mexican street food in the center of the bigest market of Oaxaca.
