Know before you book

    • PHYSICAL FITNESS: All our tours involve a decent amount of walking, thus travelers should have at least basic physical fitness.
    • FOOD & DRINKS: Most of our free walking tours include gastronomic stops (consumption is voluntary and is not included) at iconic good-value-for-money local restaurants and bars, so you can even come hungry and thirsty. If you decide to join, please kindly bring some cash with you for personal costs.
    • LANGUAGE: The primary language of the tour is English. However, all our guides are bilingual and speak Spanish as well, so if you have any questions, you will be able to ask then in any of 2 languages between the stops.
    • RESERVATION: Prior online reservation is required to guarantee your participation. If for some reason you cannot arrive for the tour, as a matter of respect, please let us know in advance, ideally at least 24 h before the tour. You can cancel it through the email where you received your confirmation
    • RESPONSIBILITY: Participation in this activity is absolutely free and voluntary. Thus, having decided to join it, you waive your guide and tour organizer from any responsibility connected with your physical health as well as damage, theft, or loss of personal items during the tour.
    • TIPS: Our guides run the tours on a voluntary basis and their remuneration is completely based on donations received from travelers after the tour. Thus, despite being optional, tips are highly welcomed (average contribution is normally about 10-20 USD/person) as they help us do what we are doing.
