The Subte of Buenos Aires is the oldest metro in Latin America, and evolved from different companies that competed with each other (British, Spanish, American, etc.), that creared a very eclectic system with wildy different rolling stock, ornamentation and essence.
In this tour we start from the beginning, the A line, the oldest, and travel from there to the newest and most special stations (H, E, C, D and B lines), some might be fancy, some creepy, but always interesting.
We will talk about trains, transit, architecture, art, history, the belle epoque, society, and cinema.
We finish at the Retiro Mitre train station, Argentina's biggest and nicest.
Take into account that it's a tour with many stairs and demands certain adaptation to the situations.
