Begin your journey with a scenic drive through traditional Svan villages and mountain landscapes as you head toward the Mazeri area. Continue off-road to the Hikers Café, where your hiking experience begins.
From here, your guide will lead you along a forest trail following the Dolra River. Walk through quiet woodland paths, cross small bridges, and enjoy panoramic views of the surrounding mountains. The route is easy to follow and suitable for most travelers, making it a relaxing and enjoyable outdoor experience.
After approximately 3 km of hiking, reach the impressive Mazeri waterfalls (Shdugra). The powerful cascade falls from high cliffs, creating a refreshing atmosphere and a perfect spot to rest, take photos, and enjoy the untouched nature of Svaneti.
After spending time at the waterfall, return along the same trail back to Hikers Café, where your tour continues back to Mestia. Here, you will also have the opportunity to relax and, if you wish, taste freshly prepared mountain trout at a local café (optional, not included).
