Taste your way through old Mérida on a guided morning food tour. Walk through three living markets and a century-old cantina with a local host, and savor Yucatán classics like cochinita pibil, panuchos, and sopa de lima.

Step into the heart of Mérida through its scents, tastes, and traditions. This 4-hour walking tour takes you through 13+ tastings across 8 local spots, starting at Mercado de Santiago with a turkey panucho and a fragrant sopa de lima.

Meet Don Paco for a cup of specialty coffee, then taste a salbut at García Rejón Market — light, airy, and full of bold flavor. Savor cochinita pibil at its finest, and meet Francisco and his family, who have prepared recados for three generations.

Cool off with an ice-cold beer at a local cantina, taste the tacos everyone loves at a stand open since 1991, and close the tour with botanas and two signature cocktails at one of Mérida's oldest cantinas.
