Mindfulness Retreat and Self-Care in Nature
- We will learn how to practice mindful walking and guided sitting meditation amongst nature.
- Then we will practice yoga or gentle stretches. Yoga practice will be adapted to practitioners.
After that we will have a cup of tea or coffee in a beautiful garden.
Note: After practice and exploring in nature you will already feel more energetic and clearer minded. In my opinion you should come back and stay a few more nights to rejuvenate your holidays.
